The Food Culture Development of Tourism is currently in its infancy in China, many of our scholars have been studing such a subject from different perspectives, methods, theoretical systems, and have achieved several relevant results, But The Food Culture Development of Tujia in tourism is still in in vacancy basically, Since Chongqing has become a direct territory of the central,the continuous rapid developments occured in Chongqing, which makes it the core of the country’s western development strategy. Due to the areas in Southeast Chongqing have been set as ecological protection zone, also, the areas are the strong pillars of Chongqing’s tourism development, Thus this paper takes the Tujia Food Culture Development of Tourism in Southeast Chongqing as the prerequisite, combined with the current developments of Tujia and its own characteristics of the race in southeast Chongqing, presenting the development and planning about the Tujia Food Culture Development in Tourism. This paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter one: The introduction describes the background and significance of the research, including the contents and methods used in the paper.Chapter two: The development and study of The Food Culture Development in Tourism, several concepts are defined for Southeast Chongqing, food, food culture, tourism resources, food culture in tourism resources, this thesis describes such theoretical systems.Chapter three: The analysis of the Tujia Food Culture in tourism resources in Southeast Chongqing, described the causes of Food Culture in tourism resources of Southeast Chongqing, categorized their resources, summarized their characteristics.Chapter four: The trend of the Tujia Food Culture development, surveyed its current situation and existing problems, posed the principles of the development.Chapter five: The SWOT analysis for the Tujia Food Culture development, illustrated the pros, coms, opportunities and challenges, and proposed the core concept of its sustainable development.Chapter six: The paths and measurements of the Tujia Food Culture development, author proposed a methodology of mining its food culture, integrating its resources, crafting tourism routes, developing food therapy and so forth, and finally how to carry out the plans for practice.Chapter seven: The conclusions and outlooks, and the author analyzed this thesis in the end, summarized the results of this study and the problems need to be resolved.
