Research On The Governance Structure Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives In Loudi City

At present, the farmers’professional cooperatives in our country is still at the primary stage of development, its internal governance capacity and level compared with western developed countries, there are still significant gaps, especially there are many problems of the governance structure, governance structure, such as loose operating mechanism is not smooth, the service capacity is weak, the managers and members of quality is not high. This paper is based on the corporate governance theory, taking Loudi city as an example, to study the problem of farmers’Professional Cooperative Governance structure. From 15 farmer specialized cooperatives in five counties of Loudi city were randomly selected, through the field and questionnaire survey, analysis of the causes of the status quo, problems of governance structure of farmer specialized cooperatives in Loudi city and the problems. Construction of evaluation index system, and the use of combination assigning method for index weight, choose three representative cooperatives, a comprehensive evaluation of the governance structure of farmer specialized cooperatives in Loudi City, and carries on the contrast analysis. And puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve and optimize the governance structure of farmer specialized cooperatives in Loudi city.The governance structure of fanner specialized cooperatives in Loudi insider control phenomenon is serious, the management of confusion, too dependent on the board of supervisors and managers of personal ability and other problems, the causes of the problems including the cooperative governance theory is not mature, the uneven quality of the Council members, serious internal control, the board of supervisors are not effectively play the role of internal staff, quality the government should not high, etc.. To optimize the governance structure of farmer specialized cooperatives in Loudi from the following six aspects:to strengthen internal management, standardize the rules and regulations, strengthen government support, strengthen the role of industry associations, attach importance to education and training.
