In recent years, China’s economic growth slowed and exports weak and Global trade agreements such as the WTO’s role becomes gradually weaker, the vigorous development of regional bilateral and multilateral trade agreements and China’s bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements will undoubtedly inject new impetus for the future of China’s economy and foreign trade development. In the development of the theory of international trade, the recent Meliz as the representative of the new new trade theory think export growth can be distinguished by the breadth of growth, growth in the number and price growth in three dimensions and different growth dynamics means different mode of foreign trade development, so the export ternary marginal analysis to improve the export structure of China has important significance.New Zealand as the earliest completion of China’s accession to the WTO bilateral negotiations with the country; the first to recognize China’s full market economy status in the country; the earliest and China launched FTA negotiations with developed countries; the earliest and China completed negotiations on the free trade area (FTA) of developed countries. Analysis on the effect of the new bilateral trade agreement on future foreign trade practice in China with other developed countries has an important guiding role. This paper uses Hummels and Klenow (2005) three yuan marginal decomposition framework, export of China and New Zealand in the new free trade agreement under the framework of three yuan marginal decomposition results show that Chinese on New Zealand’s export growth depends more on the intensive marginal growth in the intensive margin growth, mainly rely on the number of marginal expansion, small marginal price, from the sort of perspective, the pulling effect is greater than the number of marginal marginal marginal expansion, expansion pulling effect is greater than the marginal price, indicating that the current Chinese of new main export to rely on in order to win, how to realize the "quantity" to "quality" many efforts still need to change. In the empirical research, this paper constructs an extended gravity model to analyze in new bilateral ternary marginal effect factors, mainly to study the data at the national level, index of trade facilitation in China, New Zealand Trade Facilitation Index, exchange rate and free trade area and the financial crisis variable, results show that these variables to the expansion of marginal, price marginal, a marginal amount has a different mechanism.
