Research On Private Enterprise Growth Path Which Based On Social Responsibility

Private enterprises make great contributions in solving the employment,increasing tax, stimulating the growth of economic,promoting science and technology innovation,they have already become an important force in the national economy development.But in recent years,private enterprises bring many unstable factors to Chinese economy and society because of a series of important events such as environmental pollution, food safety, production safety, product quality and other issues, hindered the sustainable development of private enterprises.So,fulfilling social responsibility is the foundation of enterprise survival and is a new strategy to win competitive advantage for private enterprises. Therefore, researching private enterprises social responsibility and the growth has great significance to the sustainable development of private enterprises.This paper regards social responsibility as the basis, through researching the effection that private enterprises fulfill social responsibility has on enterprise growth, to research the growth path of private enterprises. Selecting the top 100 private enterprises(2011--2013) as the research sample,on the basis of "four one" model,corporate social responsi bility indicators as independent variables,constructs the enterprise financial growth comprehensive index by using factor analysis method,combined with non-financial growth index as the dependent variable,do the empirical analysis.Get the effection that private enterprise social responsibility has on the growth,builds private enterprises growth path based on the social responsibility,fully shows effective train of thought that private enterprises fulfill social responsibility have on the enterprise growth.First, this paper on the basis of the stakeholder theory,social contract theory and the theory of sustainable development,card theoretical path of corporate social responsibility and enterprise growth.Second,analyze the present overall development situation of our country and the situation to fulfill social responsibility,and analyze the macro and micro factors which restricting the development of private enterprises.Third,test the the effection that private enterprises has on growth,and the effection is different due to enterprise scale.Empirical results:I.Private enterprises actively fulfill the social responsibility is beneficial to the improvement of enterprises financial growth,and the effection that the various aspects of corporate social responsibility have on financial growth is different;II.Private enterprises actively fulfill the social responsibility is beneficial to the enterprises non-financial growth,reflect in goodwill,amount growth of staff,quality of employees and scientific research innovation ability for aspects;III.The effection that corporate social responsibility has on enterprises financial growth is different due to enterprise scale.When enterprises scale is as control variable,corporate social responsibility has positive effection on enterprise financial growth,when enterprise scale is not as control variable, the effection that corporate social responsibility has on enterprises financial growth changes;IV.The efection that corporate social responsibility has on enterprise non-financial growth isn’t different due to enterprise scale,this paper has analyzed the reasons deeply.Fourth,conclude private enterprises growth path on the basis of social responsibility under the empirical results.Finally,put forward some policy generally and systematically from the liability management,market responsibility,social responsibility and environmental responsibility four dimension.
