At present,the concept of corporate social responsibility has gradually been paid attention to by domestic and foreign enterprises, Corporate social responsibility requires enterprises in the daily operation and management, not only to assume economic responsibility, but also should bear the responsibility of non-economic responsibility, including employee responsibility, charitable responsibility, environmental responsibility and others stakeholders responsibility.The lack of corporate social responsibility not only affects the normal operation of enterprises, but also restricts the sustainable development of the whole society.In recent years, Chinese enterprises also increasingly attach importance to fulfill corporate social responsibility, but for various reasons, the phenomenon of enterprises lack of corporate responsibility is also serious. If you want to enterprises conscientiously fulfill their corporate social responsibility, the enterprises must be made to realize the relationship between their sustainable development and corporate social responsibility performance.Theory in the study of corporate social responsibility in our country is still in the initial stage, the related research mostly limited in theoretical research and the responsibility standard countermeasures, less consideration internal and external corporate social responsibility from the perspective of employee. Therefore, this study attempts to provide a realistic basis and possible from both theoretical and empirical aspects. In this study, employees as research subjects,and introduced employee job satisfaction as a mediator variable.On the basis of summary and induction of previous literature on corporate social responsibility, employee job satisfaction and corporate sustainable development. This study defined the concepts of corporate social responsibility, employee job satisfaction and corporate sustainable development, constructed the model and put forward the hypothesis, using SPSS17.0 analysis software to analyze the data of the questionnaire survey and validated research hypothesis. The findings of the study were generalized as follows:(1)Corporate social responsibility(employee responsibility, charitable responsibility, environmental responsibility)three dimensions have significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction.(2)Employee job satisfaction(self job satisfaction, enterprise overall satisfaction)two dimensions have significant positive impact on the corporate sustainable development.(3)Corporate social responsibility(employee responsibility, charitable responsibility, environmental responsibility)three dimensions have significant positive impact on corporate sustainable development.(4)Employee job satisfaction(self job satisfaction, enterprise overall satisfaction)two dimensions play mediator role between corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainable development.Finally, on the basis of the conclusion of the study, I combined with western management thought and the Chinese traditional Confucian culture thought, put forward countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the problems existing in the enterprise. The enterprises conscientiously fulfill their social responsibility is one power of the sustainable development of enterprises, corporate social responsibility performance in a certain extent can improve employee job satisfaction, promote employees and enterprises grow together.
