Cold-chain Logistic System Optimization And Design Of M Dessert Company

The fast pace mode of life and work makes our country’s consumption pattern changing, people’s consumption concept is tending towards diversity and rapidity. In recent years, the demand of cold chain products year by year, the main features of cold-chain products include high-preservation, low-volume and multi-species. It conforms to the present people’s consumption patterns. But the development of the cold-chain industry is influenced by the system, cost and other aspects, the development has entered a slow period. Wherein the cold chain logistics distribution and inventory have become critical issue that cold-chain enterprises can come true lowest cost or maximize benefit.In this paper, M dessert-company was as research background. The paper conducted the optimization research from three aspects, included cold-chain logistic location, cold-chain logistic multi-temperature distribution, and inventory policy formulation.Firstly, this paper analyzed the important factors that affect the cold chain logistics distribution center location. On the basis, establish the cold-chain logistics distribution center location evaluation system. Combine with three mathematical methods to stablish cold-chain logistics distribution center location evaluation model, the three methods were DEMATEL, ANP, and Gray. Super-decision software was applied to choose M dessert-company distribution center location.Secondly, in this paper, the minimum cost was as the objective function, some constraints were considered, such as cargo loading, the multi-temperature distribution integration and optimization mathematical model was established. PSO algorithm was improved, and the modified PSO algorithm was used to solve the model. Dessert with M’s case, the use of Matlab software to solve, to verify the validity of the model. Take M dessert-company as an example. The Matlab software was used to verify the effectiveness of the model.Thirdly, this paper established an inventory strategy model that maximize profit was as the objective function. Fresh food of cold chain inventory could create value. So this paper take maximize profit as the objective function. Loss rate of expired food and the time allowed in the warehouse were considered to formulate inventory control strategy.In this paper, the various models and research methods not only can provide theoretical guidance for the company M desserts, but also can provide reference for other similar cold-chain enterprises.
