WHSW Logistics Center Project Feasibility Study

Nowadays, logistics has been representation of service industry, whose development degree has been for estimating the degree of modernization and judging the comprehensive strength of a country.This paper focus on feasibility analysis of WHSW logistics center, the research method of combining theory and practice is used. The research background, significance and present situation of the development of modern logistics park are analyzed in theory discussion. The local economic characteristics are investigated, and feasibility analysis of WHSW logistics center is done combining the advanced experience of logistics park development in domestic and overseas. The conclusion of construction feasibility of WHSW is obtained, based on reference data.Lots of contents of this paper focus on feasibility research of WHSW project. The research is divided in three stages. In first stage,referring to the planning theory of logistic part, the theoretical review of research content is given.In second stage, feasibility analysis is done on the logistic park by investigating the location and industrial environment, and the developing direction is also discussed. The necessity is concluded by predicting the market of logistic industry. In third stage, investment revenue is analyzed by actual data, and the economic feasibility is concluded by assumption and prediction on the data. Meanwhile, the risk of policy, technology and environment in the process of project implementation is analyzed, then the feasibility of WHSW logistic center is comprehensive evaluated and the conclusion of this paper is obtained.
