And then it studies the spare part supplier evaluation criteria respectively, and has described and quantified these quantitative and qualitative criteria.Secondly, the paper has analyzed the traditional evaluation methods comparetively and the automobile spare part suppliers' gray relative analysis process model's advantages, and described the gray relative analysis process's evaluation model step-by-step.Lastly, it has carried on the specific automobile manufacture enterprise and verified the applicability and feasibility of both the evaluation criteria and the method. For evaluating and analysising the suppliers more conveniently and efficiently, at the basic of the method a set of simple automobile spare part supplier evaluation and selection system is developed according to the Visual Basic software, and the system can provide a scientific basis for decision making for managers though the verification of an example.Aiming to the actuality and problem of automobile industry, at the basic of the supplier evaluation and select theory, the paper has discussed the supplier evaluation system in our country.
