New urbanization construction is the way for our country to promote economic and social harmonious development, constantly to improve the level of urbanization, and achieve the urbanization of people. Relative to the rapid expansion of cities, especially land expansion, rural urbanization should be an important field of the construction of the new type of urbanization. Choosing You qing as a case study of the development of the community, summarize the problems and experience in development, eventually puts forward countermeasures for promoting the development of the rural urbanization.
