Research On The Financial Support For The Construction Of Urbanization In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening-up, urbanization has experienced a low starting point and fast development along with the accelerated process of industrialization. Because urbanization is the important engine to achieve sustainable development under our new normal, all levels of government over the years has attached great importance to the work of urbanization. Meanwhile, "Stick to the new industrialization, information technology, urbanization, agricultural modernization road of Chinese characteristics" is the next important development path which is proposed in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. As the important province of the rise of the central region, in recent years, the urbanization of Anhui Province is in a stage of rapid development, but the level still has significant gaps with the national average level and the level of other developed provinces. Therefore there is a big development space and potential of new urbanization in Anhui. As the core of the development of modern economy, finance surely will play an important part in the new urbanization. So studying financial support to boost the development of urbanization, generalising the present situation and the existing problems of financial support for the construction of the urbanization in Anhui province, giving full play to the financial market’s function of optimizing the allocation of resources and adjusting social capital are very important in further development of new urbanization in Anhui province.Finance as the important condition to support urbanization development is the focal point of the paper. Firstly, the mechanism of action between the financial support and the construction of urbanization has been fully explored. And through the statistical analysis of the relevant data in recent years, the text has tried to grasp the current situation of the development of the financial industry and urbanization of Anhui Province, and to analyze the present problems of financial markets boosting the urbanization construction. Secondly, the paper has used gray correlation to analyze the role that the financial development plays on the urbanization during the correlation time of 1996-2013 years of Anhui Province, and has researched the depth of effects of the financial scale, structure, efficiency on population urbanization, land urbanization, infrastructure construction, industrial urbanization and urban population quality, finding out the main factors affecting the depth. The text has come to conclusions such as the construction of urbanization in Anhui Province mainly relies on the financial scale of the development, and financial structure and financial efficiency has different affect on the urbanization indicators. Finally, according to the above research, this paper put forward to improve the concrete countermeasure of Anhui Province financial support model of urbanization construction, in order to gradually reach the demand for capital of new urbanization.
