As a typical example in the industry, De Biao building material company is selected as the object to analyze with definite research values. The development of De Biao building material company is firstly introduced in this paper and then an integrated analysis based on related market research is carried on. Some research methods like SWOT, PEST, 4P theory and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model in the management are adopted in the discussio n.In the process of analyzing plaster board of De Biao building material company, this paper focuses on the analysis of internal and external environment and the theories of Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and PEST are used respectively. Finally, several conclusions are hereby obtained. In order to get further development, De Biao plaster board should enh ance its brand image, advance its technology, and complete the using system. And also De Biao should make more reasonable prices and better logistic services by enriching product and reducing selling chains. In addition, various types of partitions and furred ceiling should be provided to different consumers by considering efficient use of resources and environ ment effect, so that different demands of product’s design, quality and function will be satisfied.This paper adopts several research tools, among which are 4P marketing theory and SWOT model. 4P theory examined the four elements of place, product, price and promotion.And SWOT theory is used to analyze the situation this company faces, namely, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
