QN Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2011.The main products are dry-mixed mortar and autoclaved fly ash brick, with an annual output of 600,000 tons of ordinary mortar, 200,000 tons of special mortar and 260 million pieces of coal ash brick production capacity. At present, the introduction of Germany automatic production equipment, is the first use of robot production and product packaging for automatic sales of new wall materials business. Faced with fierce market competition and the continuous development of enterprises, QN Building Materials Company which is in the growing period faces problems gradually. As the chairman of a person's decision-making, the lack of the company's overall strategic planning, resulting in a simple business model, customer positioning is not accurate, narrow sales channels, which seriously hampered the growth and development of enterprises. In view of the QN Building Materials Company,How to formulate the company's development strategy and the corresponding implementation strategy will be the problem to be solved.Based on the collection of a large number of documents and literatures,this paper systematically studies the development strategy and implementation plan of QN Building Materials Company on the basis of strategic management. First of all,by analyzing the new building materials industry and the development of QN Building Materials Company 's situation,to explore the company's development bottlenecks. Secondly, through the interview and related research reports,to analyze QN Building Materials Company 's main business scope of the market.Using SWOT analysis, from the external environment and internal two aspects, reveal QN Building Materials Company 's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges,lay a foundation for the enterprise strategy formulation.Then,through the determination of strategic objectives, the Expansion Strategies is selected as QN Building Materials Company 's development strategy, and the implementation plan of the strategy is formulated in two stages. Finally, on the basis of the business strategy optimization plan,the product marketing plan and the comprehensive system construction plan,the paper puts forward the QN Building Materials Company development strategy implementation plan.The characteristics and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1) Through the research of new building materials market,the use of SWOT analysis,reveal QN Building Materials Company 's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges(2) Determine strategic objectives and formulate QN Building Materials Company 's Expansion Strategies and implementation plan;(3)Based on the selection of strategy put forward the business strategy optimization plan,the product marketing plan and the comprehensive system construction plan of QN Building Materials Company development strategy implementation plan.The research of this paper not only provides the development strategy and implementation plan for QN Building Materials Company, but also provides the theoretical basis and analysis method for other similar enterprises' development strategy.
