In the new century, facing the process of international unify and the fact ofacceding to WTO, the enterprises of China are going to face more and more bothchances and challenge, therefore how to clearly acquaint ourselves with the marketdeveloping tendency, grasp firmly the market developing direction, work out thecompetent strategy of recent market situation, and adopt rapidly and creativelyadvanced marketing ways will surely be the key for any enterprise to get more andmore markets. The more important thing is that enterprise should develop its strategyin rational science ways, so that it could establish in an unassailable position in thefuture competition.This thesis is a discussion about Marketing strategy administration of JJ BMM,first, it generalizes the survey and developing chances of JJ, pointing out that JJ ofShijiazhuang will be a big market, and the same time, it shows that there is a necessityto employ marketing strategy.
