With the reform and opening policies going further, China’s social economic has made a great development. The information technology brought along momentous transforming in every occupation. Under such a historical background, the agricultural development of China shows a new times characteristic, and gradually transformed from the traditional agriculture to a modern one. Since China has a large population, the development of agriculture is not only the issue of industrial development, but also of solving common people’s food problem, it is important for developing people’s livelihood. So the government has formulated a series of policies and systems for a long time, tend to support the development of agriculture, especially the modernization of it. Therefore, in this condition, how to seize the opportunity to develop the agricultural industry chain based Industrial Park, is a problem worth pondering. This paper will study the marketing strategy of agricultural and sideline products processing industry park, take the agricultural park as the research object,in the Peng Zhou’s project of "Western China (International) agricultural and sideline products processing industry park".The study has two main meanings:First is the scientific application of the ideas and methods in the project development, agricultural development and marketing management, to solve the current problems in the implementation of the marketing strategy in the industrial park, and provide reference for the development of other areas of Agricultural Industrial Par; Second is to broaden the application of marketing management in practice, from the scope of business management to the field of Agricultural Industrial Park, to fulfil the gap of theoretical guidance in this area."Western China (International) agricultural and sideline products processing industry park" set up the concept of the development of Industrial Park--Modern agricultural industrial park should industrialize the processing of agricultural products. Relying on quick, pleasant service facilities and level,according to the planning idea of "spatial aggregation, land intensive, municipal facilities" and the developing idea of industrial clusters, capital accumulation, human technology integration ",aiming to achieve "benefit collection and collection of achievements",to build the main business platform which contains enterprise operation, scientific research and development, production demonstration, processing (trade) transformation. The study focuses on "Western China (International) agricultural and sideline products processing industry park"marketing strategy research. Firstly, it introduces the concepts and theories of the agricultural industry park, the traditional agricultural reform, the project development and the marketing. Secondly, it summarizes the research and development of modern agricultural industrial park, and analysis the development trend of it. Subsequently, the paper introduces the background and general situation of China’s western (International) agricultural and sideline products processing industry park project, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the current industrial park by SWOT. Then, on the basis of summarizing the contents of the above analysis, put forward the STP analysis of China’s western (International) agricultural and sideline products processing industry park, and proposed innovative marketing strategy. At last, the study proposed the support for the implementation of the marketing strategy of China’s western (International) agricultural and sideline products processing industry park, and put forward the relevant suggestions.
