Research On The Development Of Agricultural And Sideline Food Processing Industry In Jiangxi

The farm and sideline food processing industry is an important part of the food industry,which is closely related to agriculture and service industry,which can not only increase its added value through processing of agricultural products,but also provide an outlet for agricultural industrialization and become a link to the industry.In addition,the farm and sideline food processing industry and service industry are highly correlated,which can directly drive the development of many industries such as warehousing,logistics and sales.It is also a labor intensive industry,which can fully drive that rural area of jiangxi province to benefit from the employment of surplus labor,and promote the return of rural workers to start their business,so as to improve the per capita net income of farmers in jiangxi province,which is of great significance for the development of rural rural development.Although the farm and sideline food processing industry in jiangxi province has achieved rapid development and progress in recent years,there are still problems such as small scale,poor structure,scattered layout,insufficient innovation and lack of growth,which need to be solved with great efforts.By using SWOT analysis,this paper makes a conclusion that jiangxi province has the advantages of developing farm and sideline food processing industry with stable growth market demand,superior ecological environment,abundant agricultural products resources and abundant scientific research resources.At the same time,there are disadvantages such as lower level of enterprise management,less backbone enterprises,lower processing and conversion of agricultural products and difficulty in financing.Besides,the rigid growth of domestic and foreign food consumption demand,the coordinated development of national regions and the advantages of industrial policy,the prominent location advantages,the great potential of urbanization and the superiority of factor endowment are the rare opportunities for development.It is also faced with many challenges,such as global economic turmoil,regional competition,food security situation,and pressure for transformation and upgrading.In this paper,we put forward the principle of development,clarify the key point,put forward the development countermeasure,so as to bring some guide and reference significant to the development of farm and sideline food processing industry in jiangxi province.
