Research Upon The Method Of Trust Repair Between The Construction Project Team

Trust reflects the relationship of between people to get along, experts in the field of organizational behavior think that the trust is the positive expectations for behavior or willingness of the other one, and thus people is vulnerable to risk mental state affected. Currently, the impact of trust on individuals and organizations have been confirmed by a large number of studies, however, trust is very fragile, once destroyed, restoration is difficult, and it can not be restored to the original level.Construction project is always with a huge amount, long cycle, risk factors, the relationship between of the project partners is complicated, trust in the cooperation between the organization plays a vital role in the success. In the background of the cooperation project, to build a research model, we add trust propensity as a control variable to research when ability-based trust and integrity-based trust are destroyed, how do constraint-based strategy and display-based strategy repair trust.Through analyzing the progress plan and the actual schedule, we can find out the existing problems in the schedule. Carries on the analysis to the project implementation process problems and formulate rectification measures, based on the target, to minimize the total cost of the project, put forward the optimization scheme of project schedule and cost and execution measures.In this study, we use the scenario simulation and questionnaire method, practitioners of questionnaires are from the construction industry. Correlation analysis, reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis and analysis of variance are used in the paper, the main conclusions are as follows:When the dependent variable is trust wishes, the main effect of constraint-based strategy and display-based strategy is significant, but when the dependent variable is trust faith, the main effect is not significant.When ability-based trust is destroyed, display-based strategy can repair trust wishes and trust faith better; when integrity-based trust is destroyed, constraint-based strategy only can repair trust wishes better, not trust faith.Trust tendency and effectiveness of repair trust are positive correlation, the higher the level of trust tendency, the destroyed trust faith is more easily repaired, and also trust wishes too.
