In recent years, the trust repair gradually get the attention of the researchers. It has very important significance for individuals and organizations to do a effective trust repairafter the trust violation occurs.Project team is a very common form organization, in which individuals gather together because of Shared goals,, and work on a project together. The key ofa good project team lies in its performance. In many influence factors, the trust between project team members is a very important factor.It has a significant role in promoting organizational performance and directly impact on the normal operation of the project team. Therefore, it is necessary to build a mutual trust between the project team between the project team members. Trust plays an important role in the project team, however, trust violation events often occur in the process of the management of the project team, such as individualism, dereliction of duty, deception, which not only brought serious damage to the project team, but also damage the relationships between the project team members. The trust between each other by some sort of damage and, in turn, affect the future cooperation and development. Therefore, the validi-ty of the study of trust repair in the project team is of important theoretical and practical sig-nificance to the healthy development of the project team and efficient operation.At the same time, for the management of the project team, coordinating the relationships and cooperation between members of the management has become the essence and core. The project team can largely affect the relationship between the members of the project team management’s performance. To study how the interpersonal relationship influence on the effectiveness of project team organization trust repair provides important reference significance for repairing the effectiveness of the project team trust.At present, the study of trust repair of the project team is blank, and trust has a pivotal role on the development and performance of the project team This article will explore the influence of relationships to the effectiveness of the trust to repair of project teams’in the organization. We set the different trust violation types (competency-based trust violation vs integrity-based trust violation) and different ways of trust repair (apology vs deny)inside the project team organization as the variable, Set on the background of SRTP experiment project team, analysis the effectiveness of the repair of trust in project team organization under dif-ferent interpersonal relationships, this paper draws the following conclusions through the empirical analysis:Firstly, different interpersonal relationships (good vs general), different types of trust violation (competency-based trust violation vs integrity-based trust violation), different ways of trust repair (apology vs deny) have significantly different in trust repair of the project team organization;Secondly, different types of trust violation (competency-based trust violation vs integr-ity-based trust violation)and ways of trust repair (apology vs deny) have significant interac-tion in trust repair of the project team organization;Thirdly, different interpersonal relationships (good vs general) and ways of trust repair (apology vs deny) have significant interaction in trust repair of the project team organization;Fourthly, based on integrity-based trust violation, apology is significantly higher than deny for the function of trust repair, only on the willingness to trust dimension was not sig-nificant. Based on competency-based trust violation, apology is significantly higher than deny for the function of trust repair. When to apologize only, whether it’s a competen-cy-based or integrity-based trust violating type, there is no significant differences on the role of trust repair on the whole, only on the willingness to trust dimension, apologizing for the trust repair of competency-based trust violation is significantly higher.When to deny only, the role of trust repair for a integrity-based trust violating is significantly higher than for a competency-based trust violating on the whole, only not significant difference on the wil-lingness to trust dimension.Finally, based on the good interpersonal relationship, apology is significantly higher than deny on the function of trust repair; based on the general interpersonal relationship general, apology is significantly higher than deny on the function of trust repair.When to apologize only, a good interpersonal relationship is significantly higher than a Interpersonal relationship in general for the function of trust repair on the whole, Only in the benevolence perception dimensions was not significant.; When to deny only, a good interpersonal rela-tionship is significantly higher than a Interpersonal relationship in general for the function of trust repair.
