In these years, estate industry of China developed rapidly and the scale of it topped the list of the world. But under the background of a "New Normal" for economy, slow laboring population growth and aging of population, estate industry has to face the ceiling phenomenon. Sales area and sales amount of commercial housing grows slowly, which means there has been a complete competition in this industry, so that the price will not to help the estate company to win. On the contrary, it needs supply innovation. It turns out that the cost of suppliers’materials and equipment accounts for65 percent of housing construction costs. So how to establish dynamic cooperative relationship with suppliers and suitable valuation system of suppliers comes to be the key of reducing the cost and strengthening its core competitiveness. As the necessary goods for home decoration, the anti-theft door sare mainly sold to estate companies. Anti-theft door is the first portal of the family, so the quality and safety of it is taken seriously by estate companies. In these years, the new construction area every year is about 1.5 billion square meters to 2 billion square meters in our country. The proportion of the doors’ area accounts for ten percent, and the anti-theft doors’area is two-third. So the demand of anti-theft doors will be up to more than 100 million square meters and the purchase amount of that can not be ignored in estate company cost. At present, the management of the anti-theft door industry is disordered and the species is various. A scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism or identifying the pros and cons of anti-theft door is not set up when an estate company is purchasing anti-theft doors.Based on the above situation, the research emphasis in this paper is how to evaluate the anti-theft door suppliers according to the characteristics of that. This paper not only analyzes the relationship between anti-theft door suppliers and estate companies, and development history of evaluation method for anti-theft door suppliers, but also points out the characteristics of anti-theft door suppliers and the necessity of research on anti-theft door supplier’s management. Through the practice research and expert scoring, this paper analyzes the problems of anti-theft door supplier evaluation and proposes the evaluation index system. With this evaluation index system, this paper has a research on anti-theft door supplier evaluation system. After the data is obtained by experts’questionnaire, in order to ensure the validity of the data, this paper analyzes the effectiveness of index by SPSS. In the same time, considering of the disadvantages of fuzzy synthetic evaluation model on deciding the weight of indexes, this paper constructs AHP-Fuzzy Synthetic evaluation model combining AHP evaluation method with fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, and it takes D company as a case study. In this case, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of anti-theft door suppliers’evaluation work of D company. D company improves its evaluation system of anti-theft door suppliers obviously through a new evaluation method, which proves the effectiveness of this paper.Through the study of this paper, we get the following conclusions. The first one, this paper analyzes the characteristics of anti-theft door suppliers and the necessity of research on anti-theft door supplier’s management. The second one, this paper proposes that how to establish a scientific anti-theft door supplier evaluation index system and apply it scientifically. The third one, this paper researches on how to apply the anti-theft door supplier evaluation method to the actual production work.
