Traffic accident is a worldwide social problem. With the development of road transportation and the rapid growth of motor vehicles, traffic safety issues have become increasingly prominent. Frequent traffic accidents affect the development of economic, and have become the hot issues of social concern. Moreover, in the road transportation enterprises, the proportion of serious accidents that operating vehicles occur is much higher than vehicles of other purposes, psychological injury and economic losses are far higher than other traffic accidents that ordinary vehicles occur. So, it is particularly necessary to study on safety evaluation of the road transportation enterprises. It plays an important role in improving traffic safety situation.In this thesis, the road transportation enterprise was taken as a study. Firstly, from the current situation of road traffic and the safety production of transportation enterprises, based on the theory of safety evaluation and systematic analysis, it analyzes influencing factors on safety production from the driver, vehicle and management, combining the structure characteristics of traffic accidents. Then, according to the relevant regulations of our country and the existing research, it has established an index system to evaluate those enterprises under the guidance of the principles and methods. Using meta-synthesis method to determine the weighted of every index in the index system, and then constructs the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of road transportation enterprises and quantitative evaluation system for safety assessment. Finally, combining the concrete example, it uses the established model to evaluate, and adopts the fuzzy characteristic vector of safety grade to confirm the security grade. The results indicate that this safety evaluation method and model have certain practicability and feasibility. It has the value of theoretical guidance and practical application on safety production and management of road transportation enterprises. |
