In today’s society,green,pollution-free gradually become the new trend of life choices. Has become the hot issues in the study of promote the farmers planting group and traditional agricultural production enterprises accelerate to green supply chain of agricultural products of the transformation of the mode of production,improve the environmental awareness of the farmers and operators of the enterprise,ensure the output of agricultural product quality and specifications,to maximize improve land and agricultural resources utilization efficiency. The evolutionary game approach to study government departments use the extent of the impact of incentives and check “strategy the influence mechanism of green supply chain of agricultural products and related parameters, in order to improve the research content of green supply chain of agricultural products,for government departments to promote green industry reform and promote its development to provide reference.This paper focuses on the visual angle of public governance,the first study in the supply chain of agricultural products farmers groups and agricultural products core processing enterprises concerning selection of agricultural product green degree of investment strategy,based on the third sector(the public,government and non-profit organization) of agricultural product green degree high and low preference for certain established demand function,also investment cost and profitability of agricultural organizations and agricultural products core processing enterprises in the green degree of products will have emerged. MATLAB software is used to analyze the strategy choice of the three parties, and the stability of the two parties in different initial conditions is studied by evolutionary game theory.Research and analysis shows that the utility of the third sector is obtained from the core of agricultural products processing enterprises of green supply chain management cost and green income and green investment, government fines and government subsidies will affect the final steady state, government departments can be benign development for the joint efforts of the strategy adjustment,and the third sector,in order to promote agricultural products green supply chain according to the changes of related parameters.In a word,this paper presents the government intervention,the third sector(the public,media and non-profit organization) in conditions of green agricultural products supply chain evolutionary equilibrium model and the cooperation gambling relations between supply chain members, government departments of supervision and inspection, third door(the public,media and non-profit organization) of green supply chain of agricultural products degree of certainty is studied and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations, provide the feasibility of quantization is proposed in order to promote the healthy development of China’s agricultural products green supply chain.
