The multiplier effect of high technology services is higher than the general industrial, with a strong leading leading role, which can effectively promote the upgrading of industrial structure and be conducive to the long-term development of the national economy. It is accelerating the economic structure optimization and upgrading of manufacturing industry, the key to the transformation of the pattern of economic development period, due to the adjustment of industrial structure is often accompanied by qualitative leap, the important strategic opportunity for rapid growth of China’s demand for high technology services trend obvious ascension. In recent years, the regional economic development mode industrial concentration, more and more attention by the whole society from all walks of life. Is a high technology service to our country economy growth and promote the development of high technology service industry plays an important supporting role.This paper based on the review of research literature at home and abroad, defines the related concept, classification and high technology industry new development model of high technology services concentration;Secondly using comparative analysis method this paper gives the partial provinces and cities in our country and overseas high technology service industry development present situation;Finally the influence factors of high technology service industry cluster analysis, and according to the current high technology services research content and method of blank and shortage, the introduction of the spatial panel data model to analyze the economic growth effect of the high technology service industry cluster in China.The spatial econometric model by introducing spatial weight matrix reflects the spatial correlation of data, compensate for the time series data, cross-sectional data with ordinary panel data model, such as the classical statistical theory of defects, makes a comprehensive study from two dimensions of time and space, makes the model to estimate more effective.Based on the data availability and econometric analysis, this paper uses the physical capital agglomeration, human capital agglomeration and employment density of three indicators to measure the level of high-tech service Industrial Cluster. The empirical analysis to panel data of scientific research, technical services and geological exploration industry and information transmission, computer services and software industry for 31 provinces in China from 2004 to 2013. the results showed that China’s economic growth characteristics of spatial agglomeration and spatial spillover effect is obvious:High levels of physical capital agglomeration technology services and a trend of weakening economic growth effect, human capital agglomeration degree and the level of economic opening effect have been for a significant role in promoting economic growth, employment density for the promotion of the economic effect is enhanced by weak. Therefore our country should focus on strengthening the exchanges and cooperation between the adjacent region, helping each other, harmonious development.Are put forward on the analysis to improve concentration degree of countermeasures and Suggestions of Chinese high-tech industry, give full play to its positive role in promoting regional economic growth.
