The actual level of a country economic development depends not only on GDP and total economy quantity, but also on the internal balance of regional economic development. This balance includes not only the balance of different provinces’ economic development in our country, but also the balance of economic development between rural areas and urban areas each province. In order to achieve this balance, our country put forward a development goal of the integration of urban and rural economy, the purpose of which is to realize coordinated development of urban and rural economy, and break the the plight that countryside has always been the "short board" of economic development. The evaluation of the integrated level of urban and rural economic development and the main influence factors’ analysis, is the major research focus and purpose of this article.This article mainly adopted the methods of principal component analysis and factor analysis, using actual data of the 31 provinces and cities nationwide in 2014. According to this we can get the comprehensive evaluation of the current integrated level of urban and rural economic development of provinces and cities in our country. By analyzing historical data between 2011 and 2013, and observing the development and evolution trend of integrated level of urban and rural economic development contained in each region of provinces and cities, with further comparative analysis on them,we can find the main causes which lead to the regional differences. so the relatively backward areas can use the experience of the development of advanced regions.According to the analysis results, provinces and cities can be divided into level 1 region. level 2 region and level 3 region by the integrated level of urban and rural economic development. The level of integration between urban and rural economic development in level 1 region is highest, level 2 region’s is relatively low,and the lowest is level 3 region. Based on the analysis of the four principal component, the main affecting factors of the integrated level of urban and rural economic development can be know, and valid policy suggestions can be put forward.
