Study On Market Purchasing Trade And Trade Facilitation

Regional agreements based on international business negotiation have made great efforts on global trade liberation and facilitation.But due to the increased trade cost under traditional business process and the weak market since the financial crisis,many counties have payed their attention from external to internal trade facilitation and look forward to lowering the cost of domestic merchants and enhancing their profit with the methods of simplifying the trade process,improving relevant policy and so on.Among these ways, the innovation of trade mode is the possible way to solve the above problem. Thus Market Purchasing Trade, as the new mode of international transaction created based on those background,has its great benefit on improving trade facilitation for internal businessmen to participate internal trade.Thus based on the above background, this paper sorting out the relevant research on trade facilitation and market purchase trade mode,utilizing theoretical analyze and case study to emphasize discussion on the performance system of market purchase trade mode and the mechanism of action between it and trade facilitation. And with the case study on Yiwu,providing evidence for the main opinions of this paper.Firstly, this paper explained the formation mechanism and theoretical basis from Free Trade Theory, Transaction Costs Theory and Professional Middlemen Theory; Then, after comparing market purchasing trade mode and traditional trade mode, the author found the innovation of the former one on business process and regulatory policy and hold the view that it has unique advantage on improving trade facilitation. In the meantime, this paper regard transaction cost and trade efficiency as the two key points in the mechanism of function between market purchasing trade method and trade facilitation and did the detailed analysis.In the case study of Yiwu, this paper overviewed its development on market purchasing trade mode and its current situation, interpreted the facilitation measures and the economic performance. Finally, the author summarized the main conclusion of this research and put forward the relevant suggestion.
