A Research On Impact Of Trade Facilitation On Export Trade Between Emerging Economies Countries

As the degree of global trade liberalization is promoting significantly recently,every country has slashed tariffs and non-tariff barrier by the means of the FTA arrangements which has boosted the trade volumes between each nation.However,the trade liberalization imposes less influence on the international trade gradually.The tariff barrier is becoming less while the degree of decreasing is getting lighter.Meanwhile,it is more difficult to overcome the invisible non-tariff barrier while the green trade barrier emerges in an endless stream and the trade transaction cost is hard to decrease.more apparently,Non-efficiency Trade,which is an invisible market access barrier,blocks the international trade these years.The inadequate port infrastructure influences the cargo capacity of the port,the miscellaneous custom procedures and indeterminate cross-border rules lowers the trade efficiency,the corrupt domestic situation reduces the predictability of trade environment,and all of these will impede the development of trade between each country.Therefore,it is quite important to study the topic of trade facilitation under such circumstance,and promoting the trade facilitation and reducing the trade transaction cost must be the original trend in the future.Based on the above-mentioned background,this paper selects the emerging economies as the studying subjects and analyzes the issues of trade facilitation about the emerging economy countries comprehensively and systematically,focusing on the topic of trade facilitation.After the eruption of the financial crisis,the relatively rapid growth of the emerging countries is paid much attention,comparing with the floundering economy of the developed countries.These flourishing strengths have much similarity in economy scale,population size,etc while the trade volume and the connection between nations increases year by year.In recent years,each country has raised the investment in e-commerce and infrastructure and ameliorated the domestic environment.thus,it is of realistic importance to study how the trade facilitation influences the export trade between the emerging economy countries.The study of the topic of trade facilitation has undergone long-term development,but few scholars have placed research objects on emerging economies.The research about emerging economies have become more and more popular in recent years,so this paper attempts to analyze the trade facilitation of emerging economies.On the other hand,the domestic scholars' research on trade facilitation has focused on the impact on China's import and export trade,and this paper attempts to analyze the impact of trade facilitation on trade between countries in emerging economies countries,not just for China,so as to find new common interest growth points and create more opportunities for regional cooperation.In the article structure,this article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of this topic,domestic and foreign research results,research ideas,structural arrangements,research methods and innovation.The second chapter introduces the summary of trade facilitation and related theories,which is the theoretical base of the full text.And the third chapter selects relevant indicators such as infrastructure,import and export cost,corruption perceptions index and Internet utilization rate to introduce the development status and level of trade facilitation in emerging economies.Principal component analysis method is used to calculate the level of trade facilitation in each country.This part introduces the trade facilitation level of each country by combining qualitative analysis methods with quantitative analysis methods.The fourth chapter introduces the impact of trade facilitation on the export trade of emerging economies.It is analyzed from two aspects,which is internal mechanism and empirical analysis respectively,This part is the center of the paper.The internal mechanism is introduced from port efficiency,customs environment,regulatory environment and financial and e-commerce.In empirical analysis part,990 export data between emerging economies countries from 2007 to 2017 are selected and applied in expanded gravity model.Chapter five is the foothold of the full text,and gives the counter-measures and suggestions to promote trade facilitation.The final chapter is a simple summary of the full text.Through the combination of theory and empirical analysis,this paper concludes the following conclusions:Firstly,the trade facilitation level among emerging economies is different.But on the whole,it shows the overall upward trend.Secondly,trade facilitation has a positive effect on the export of trade between emerging economies.While the level of trade facilitation is increased by 1 percent,export trade between countries will increase by 1.99 percent.Finally,this paper makes some suggestions on how to improve trade facilitation between emerging economies countries.Therefore,the emerging economies should make an internal agreement to enhance the level of trade facilitation,participate in relevant international negotiations actively,strengthen internal cooperation,promote trade facilitation from all areas and explore the regional trade facilitation cooperation system framework.
