So, we need Public-Private Partnership to solve this problem, and improve the efficiency of the construction of infrastructure and quality.But the Public-Private Partnership is not omnipotent. And from the dimension of the government and enterprise dimensions analysis the feasibility of PPP model in our country. Finally, combining with the case found that the PPP model in our country application exists on the deviation of government, government management function overlapping, government to state-owned enterprises, lack of spirit of contract, such problems as insufficient preparation.
