Research On Development Countermeasures Of Black Fungus Industry In Shangzhi City

With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the market demand of the black fungus had increased continuously. As the characteristic industry in Shangzhi city, Heilongjiang province, the develo pment of Black fungus industry significantly had enhanced the economic strength of Shangzhi city, and it had become the main pillar industries of Shangzhi city. Black fungus industry had important significance to the adjustment of agriculture industrial st ructure, the income increase of the farmers’ income and the solution of rural surplus labor force in Shangzhi City. It has growth trend for many years that black fungus production in Shangzhi city, but it still faces many problems in the process of industrial development. Therefore, in order to promote the health, harmonious and stable development of the black fungus industry in Shangzhi city, Heilongjiang province, based on the comparative advantage theory and the theory of industrial agglomeration, in this research the method of survey research, the quantitative analysis method and other research methods were used and the problems of black fungus industry development in Shangzhi city were researched. In this research through the understanding of black fungus industry development status in Shangzhi city, the problems of black fungus industry development were discussed in Shangzhi city; the influence factors of black fungus industry benefit in Shangzhi city were analyzed; countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the development of black fungus industry in Shangzhi city were proposed. Therefore, this research will promote the development of black fungus industry in Shangzhi city.Shangzhi city is "the hometown of black fungus in China", has unique resource a dvantages and industrial base of the development of black fungus industry. After the reform and opening up, in Shangzhi city the planting area of black fungus was growing, and the yield and profit of black fungus was increasing year by year; black fungus price were changing, but showed an increasing trend; the sale methods of black fungus showed a diversified way; scientific and technological support was increasing; the deep processing enterprises of black fungus developed rapidly; the government’s support to the development of black fungus industry was increasing year by year. Based on the understanding of the current situation of black fungus industry in Shangzhi city, using logistic model the further quantitative analysis was carried out to the influence factors of black fungus industry benefit of Shangzhi city in this research. Analysis result indicates that the industry benefits of black fungus were significantly affected by the raw materials of black fungus production, the sales price, cost and sales channels of black fungus. Then the problems of black fungus industry development were discussed in Shangzhi city. At present, in the development of black fungus industry in Shangzhi city, Heilongjiang province, there are some problems, including insufficient supply of raw materials, market price fluctuation, nonstandard cultivation technique, the low cultural quality of the farmers, poor ability to resist natural disasters and the pollution of waste from the production of black fungus. And on the basis of the above research, the countermeasures promoting black fungus industry development in Shangzhi city were proposed. The countermeasures were as follows: the rational use of the existing raw materials, the development of alternative materials, improving the yi eld and quality of black fungus by technology, further strengthening the construction of black fungus market, improving the cultural level of farmers, promoting the development of deep processing enterprise of black fungus, solving environmental pollution problems by technology, increasing the propaganda and support of the government, etc.
