A Study On The Financial Support Of Farmers In Heilongjiang Province

And China’s large rural population formed by the consumer groups will become an important driving force to expand domestic demand.Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeast of China is the most typical agricultural province of China in the reform and opening to the outsi de world in the past 30 years the rural residents’ living level has been significantly improved but compared with the developed eastern provinces of our country rural consumption capacity still exists a large gap, lack of farmers’ consumption about the healthy development of the economy in Heilongjiang Province. Through theoretical analysis it is found that the Heilongjiang Province financial support to the farmers’ consumption has a serious problem of supply and demand. This is due to the support of farmer s in Heilongjiang Province consumer finance limited resources.Another is in rural areas of Heilongjiang province’s economy Peasants Consumption fee type of poor investment environment resulting in a slow development of rural financial institutions; and the more important is the lack of complete credit guarantee system and the asymmetry of information in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province causing financial institutions loans to farmers are at much greater risk. In this paper, Finally there is the expansion of money supply in Heilongjiang Province farmers’ consumption, improve farmers in Heilongjiang Province and credit guarantee system, promote financial innovation peasant farmers can effectively increase the consumption of consumer credit finance supply, to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of farmers in Heilongjiang Province, consumer credit.
