Mobile phone is a common tool for communication both for Uzbekistan and Chinese citizens. There are many differences between the two countries, such as social life, cultural background and economic level. So the consumer behavior in buying mobile phone is also distinguished between two countries.This paper is based on consumer behavior in buying mobile phones of China and Uzbekistan and investigates China’s and Uzbekistan’s mobile phone market. This research focuses on analyzing different factors affecting Chinese and Uzbekistan consumers in buying mobile phones, as well as the reasons of distinct purchase behavior. This research mainly uses the questionnaire to survey two countries consumer behavior when purchasing mobile phones and detailed analysis the level of consumption. According to the result, most customer would prefer mid-end and low-end products, but there are also potential need to change for high-end mobile phones. At the end, suggestions on effective marketing will be provided to Chinese and Uzbekistan mobile phone companies based on the research conclusion.
