In this paper,the theoretical significance lies in the fact that cultural integration may play a useful reference point;its practical significance lies in the fact that to promote the comprehensive competitiveness of organizations,to more effectively carry out its human resources management services.The enormous cultural differences, deeply affect people's thinking and behavior.In this article address the cultural differences from the start,from the perspective of recognition of cultural differences are analyzed,and cultural integration is a natural choice to build high-performance human resources management an important task;for the cultural differences in the organization of the integration,to promote the reform of human resources,the establishment of efficient,integrated organization more competitive will be the significance should not be underestimated.In this paper,an analysis of the first part of the connotation of cultural differences, this paper argues that cultural differences refers to the human communities of different ethnic and cultural differences.Different peoples living in different environments,and has gradually formed styles all modes of production and way of life,and the formation of different cultures;I think that the "universe" is the core of culture.In this paper,the focus of analysis and comparison of the East-West cultural differences.This article holds that the study of cultural differences have a theoretical basis for Huntington's clash of civilizations,and globalization theory.Huntington's clash of civilizations theory tells us that the future world of international conflicts,the root causes of the conflict is cultural;future clash of civilizations is the greatest threat to world peace;a global scale,is to culture and civilization to the formation of boundaries.Theory tells us that globalization,economic globalization,the economic redistribution of resources across borders,the rapid development of network technology,making the expansion of economic globalization to the cultural field,making an unprecedented fusion of cultural trends.In this paper,an analysis of the third part of the performance of cultural differences.Different geographical,ethnic difference,there are huge cultural differences,cultural differences affect people's view of the world,thereby making all organizations in human resource management are significant differences between many.In this paper,material,personnel philosophy,personnel,the education side, keeping them one by one to do the presentation area.In this paper,the forth part of an analysis of cultural differences in human resources management.First of all,pointed out that to understand cultural differences, and GE-CGR for example,pointed out the consequences of neglect of cultural differences,and thus the analysis of cultural differences,pointed out the different cultural background,mode of thinking,behavioral norms and values of the different orientation,resulting in the people's thinking and behavior differences,leading to the conflict.This article pointed out the need to respect and adapt to the norms of the culture of the host country,on this basis,the implementation of localization of management,the selection of high cultural compatibility management,rational use of expatriate resources,the development of suitable reward system of the Organization, and properly handle and culture conflict.This paper believes that in order to become a resource for cultural differences.First of all,the organization's human resources management departments should take appropriate measures to integrate the advantages of cultural differences,to eliminate its adverse effects,which make full use of such resources.This article pointed out:the first is necessary to strengthen communication between employees understand and accept cultural differences;the second is the personal and cultural integration into the organizational culture,the establishment of common values,cultural differences and give full play to bring the intangible value; the third is to strengthen the training of national staff to the training and the training of local staff.Generally speaking,it is necessary to integrate cultural differences,so that cultural background is not from the people to unite and enhance the business performance of organizations.This article is to analyze the possibility of creative responses to cultural differences,a more detailed discussion of the measures taken to integrate cultural differences of the potential advantages of cultural differences in order to eliminate the adverse effects in order to take full advantage of such resources.
