Twenty-first Century is an era of economic globalization and the internationalization of services, China joined the WTO, education as a service industry has become an important part of it. In recent years, the education market has a strong growth trend, has become a hot spot in the field of our country’s economy, and it has become the most popular key word of venture capital. The analysis of the market structure of China’s education and training industry is of great significance to the research of the current situation and development direction of the market. For the present, China’s education and training market is rich in profits, technical barriers and barriers to entry are relatively low, has been recognized as one of the sunrise industry and the most promising market. Employment pressure, the theory and practice of the traditional education system, the implementation of the qualification certification system, the relaxation of the policy of running a school, and so on, have provided the opportunity for the development of the training market.
