J Company Distribution Network Optimization Of O2O Mode

In recent years,020 mode has been widely concerned to combine the online and offline business. Under the background of lazy economics, J Company developed 020 mode through its powerful logistics system and platform advantage. J Company as the provider of 020 platform and distribution services, how to plan the network greatly influences the short-term benefits and long-term development of the company. Based on this, the article will research distribution network of 020 mode for J Company. The purpose is through reasonable layout for J company 020 mode of distribution network, to form a high coverage, service ability and reasonable structure distribution network of 020 mode. And considering the influence of the 020 mode short time limit and high frequency, the optimization of distribution under the path for time window enables the J company 020 pattern distribution network to promote the optimum overall benefit.In this paper, on the basis of the relevant theoretical research, the current situation of J company 020 mode of distribution network has been analyzed, and plans to solve two key problems, namely the distribution network layout and distribution of path optimization, have been found out. Combining with the characteristics of J Company 020 model, there is qualitative influence factors analysis of distribution network optimization.On the basis of qualitative analysis, two phase model of distribution network optimization is presented in this paper. The first phase of J company 020 mode of distribution network of 0-1 mixed integer programming model is set up for layout optimization, and the second phase set up distribution route optimization model with a time penalty cost. From raising J company distribution network coverage and the perspective of the overall benefit of 020 mode, considering the influence of factors such as earnings, cost, demand, capacity, time and distance, this article determined the J company distribution network layout of 020 model. According to the optimized layout, further requirements of the optimization of short time limit for distribution of path have been considered, to improve the distribution efficiency of J company 020 mode.In this paper, the study included 130 merchants and 297 customers. Comprehensive investigation to get data such as orders, distance of the node, distribution time, and two key problems have been solved on the basis of comprehensive data preparation. In the process of solving, first using SAS software strategy to solve the function modules in the first phase distribution network layout of the linear solution, thus the best distribution network layout. The second use ant colony algorithm, through MATLAB programming, solve the distribution path optimization under time windows, to get the most efficient distribution path.According to the model, J company distribution network optimization results of 020 mode are further analyzed. On the one hand, it is sure that model is practical; On the other hand, the result of distribution network optimization do improved. Finally, the J company 020 mode of distribution network is put forward suggestions for improvement.
