Research On Coordination Degree Between Transportation Resource Allocation And Regional Economic Development

Transportation is the infrastructure and pillar industry of national economy, and the efficience of transport service is the premise of coordinated development of national economy. The influence of transportation resources allocation on regional economic development is a long-term and comprehensive process, and it promotes or restricts the development of regional economy. Also, the development of regional economy does effect on transportation resources allocation. With the development of social economy, there appeared rapid growth of transport demand in the Yangtze River Delta, which has caused new choke point and adjustment problems. Thus, it is meaningful to discuss whether the allocation of transportation resource is coordinated with regional economy and the difference and variation trend of coordination among different cities.This paper makes a summary of the theory of transportation resource and growth of regional economy in the perspective of regional economics and development economics, and states how the allocation and transportation resource affect the regional growth, industrial structure and space structure based on the summary of correlational studies of system analysis and synergy theory. Besides, the paper also focuses on the impact that regional economic development having on the allocation of transportation resource, and discusses the interaction between the allocation of transportation resource and development of regional economy.In the empirical part, this paper builds the evaluation index system of development level of transportation and regional economy, and also builds target system and evaluation model of the coordination between transportation resource allocation and regional economic development. Aimed at solving the problem of the lopsided economic development and transportation resource allocation among cities in the Yangtze River Delta, the paper uses the PCA and entropy evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive development level of transportation and regional economic system, and use coordination evaluation model to evaluate the coordination between transportation resource allocation and regional economic development to discuss the adaptability between the transportation and economic development, which indicates that there is still a long way to promote the development of transportation and regional economic system and there appeared obvious differences among cities, the allocation of transportation resource basically coordinated well with regional economy in the Yangtze River Delta, while there still appeared obvious difference and the falling trend among cities. Thus, the paper raises policy advice to improve the coordination degree between the allocation of transportation resource and regional economy.
