Evaluation Of Land Use Coordination Degree In Changsha Based On PSR Model

With the development of social economy and utilization of land, people have produced unprecedented wealth while causing growing problems in urban land utilization at the same time. On one hand, People have stronger requirement towards land demand and utilization with the acceleration of the urbanization and expansion of city scale; on the other hand, there exists some problems such as unreasonable land use structure and resource allocation, which lead to social and economical benefits of land utilization failing to be expressed effectively. It will offer references for excavating land use potentiality and promoting reasonable allocation of land sources by studying the coordinating degree of land utilization, analyzing synthetically the inner system of land utilization and the coordinating degree between land utilization and economy, society and environment, and finding out problems existed in the land utilization.Staring from Changsha’s urban area where the main economic activities occur, this thesis deeply analyzed the coordinating connotation of land utilization, related theory and general concepts of PRS frame model. It applied PSR (pressure-state-response) frame model which has been widely used in ecological security evaluations, land-use planning and assessment of land qualities to the evaluation research of land utilization coordinating degree for the first time, established an assessment system of land-use coordinating degree based on PSR model, adopted entropy method to confirm the index weight, evaluated the land coordinating use degree of Changsha from2005to2010, and put forward suggestions on improving the land-use coordinating degree. The study showed that the comprehensive evaluation index of land-use coordinating degree in Changsha has risen from0.372of2005to0.661of2010, which could be evaluated as "coordinating". It showed a tendency of steady rising on the whole,and proposed improvement measures for the improving the coordination degree of land use in terms of the total control of land, revitalize the stock of land; promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, economic structure optimization, etc.
