In the past ten years, the process of global economy and trade globalization, the world has gradually stepped into "global logistics" era. In order to adapt to the needs of cross-border logistics development, China has successively established bonded zones, export processing zones, bonded logistics park, bonded port area customs special supervision. At present, the bonded port area is the highest level of China’s open. Bonded to the highest level, the most preferential policies, the most complete, the most obvious advantage of the regulatory region, with ports, logistics, processing, display and other foreign countries, to become the "new economy" under normal engine. Not only has a bonded port bonded zone, export processing zones, bonded logistics parks and other functional advantages, at the same time enjoy the rights and interests of the port service. As an important node of the international logistics chain, bonded port is the import and export goods distribution, its function is to serve the chain as the core of the integrated logistics center.The bonded port area has experienced nearly 10 years of rapid development, is also facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading of logistics. At present, China’s logistics industry of small scale, weak construction of logistics network, is still unable to provide integrated, comprehensive logistics service intensive. At the same time, the pressure in the chain shorter delivery cycle and lower profit margins under international supply bonded port logistics development, the transformation is imminent. The concept of Cooperative Logistics Service Chain Based on logistics development path of innovation, and carry out scientific research evaluation, to improve the bonded port logistics development environment, improve the operation efficiency of the logistics of the main port and promote the port logistics industry cluster development, have theoretical and practical significance of the key and play an important reference value for the bonded port logistics development path suitable.We regard the bonded port logistics collaborative innovation as research object. First of all, to carry out the relevant description of the bonded port logistics service chain, the bonded logistics base, auxiliary and value-added service chain concept, lay the theoretical foundation for the analysis of logistics mode; secondly, to Potter’s five forces model as a tool to analyze the existing logistics competitiveness, clear the construction of collaborative innovation mode of logistics connotation, characteristics, from the bonded port group, the three dimensions of logistics service providers and trade service providers, information exploration created their own dominant mode, cooperative business and the economy of three kinds of service chain; then, research on the integration of bonded port logistics collaborative innovation mode analysis of influence factors. Dimensionality reduction and replacement treatment on the impact factors of clustering analysis and principal components, this paper constructs the evaluation index system; then, by comparing both grey Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of data envelopment selection, the system elaborated the grey fuzzy DEA model for portfolio construction process; finally, a case study of Tianjin Port Bonded, by double fuzzy grey model to carry out evaluation research, and combined with the DEA method to test the validity of data, and ultimately determine the "based on Logistics service provider for leading the service chain collaborative mode" the most suitable for the conclusion of the Tianjin Port Bonded.
