Study On The International Trade Financing Of HS Bank Risk Management

With the rapid development of international trade and the profit margins of traditional credit business being squeezed, international trade financing business gradually attracts the attention of the Commercial Bank of our country because of its diversity and flexibility. However, international trade financing business will increase the profit source of commercial bank on one hand, and it also will bring risk of more diversity and complexity on the other hand. International trade financing business of our commercial banks has been developed in recent years, so our banks to the risk understanding is insufficient and the corresponding risk controlling experience is also relatively scarcy. Therefore there is an urgent need to strengthen the research on the risk management of trade financing business. The study is based on the theory of trade financing and commercial bank risks management with normative and empirical research.It analyzes the international trade financing business risk distribution through the description of the international trade financing business status and risk with the case of HS Bank. It also puts forword some relative lawful regulations and policies about risk management of international trade financing business.This article is consisted of five parts. The first part introduces the research background, theoretical significance and practical significance, research contents and methods, and research innovation. The second part includes some domestic and foreign theories on international trade financing risk management for further study. The third part of the status, alalysis the international products of HS Bank and compared to their level of risk. The fourth part mainly analyzes the risk management,and point that the business problems of the risk management in international management.The fifth part is to give some concrete suggestions for problems of HS Bank international trade risk management. Part VI summarizes the conclusions of this study, combined with the shortage of articles proposed research prospects.
