Research On Risk Management Of International Trade Financing Based On Bank Of Z,Anshan Branch

Recent years,international trade in China is significant in national economy,although the increasing tendency is not continuous,therefore,risk management of international trade financing plays an increasing important role in commercial banks' daily operation.Risk management is highly important to the bank's capital safety and daily administration,however,risk management of international trade financing in a large number of branch banks is still in the start-up phase.It still exists a long distance between theoretical research and practical application.This paper considers risk management practice of international trade financing in Anshan branch bank of Z,combining existing risk management theory,analyzes and discusses the problems of risk management in international trade financing of Anshan branch bank.Based on the results of analyses and joining physical truth,the paper proposes a number of improvement strategies and supporting measures.The main contributions of this paper are as follows.First of all,this paper raises research issue according to realistic situation and elaborates research significance.Secondly,existing literature is reviewed through credit risks,foreign exchange risks,operational risks,and country risks.Moreover,this paper proposes existing risk management problems of international trade in Anshan branch bank,through analyzing current risk management situation.Furthermore,this paper raises improvement strategies and supporting plans.This paper studies international trade financing's risk management on the basis of bank of Z,Anshan branch,and proposes a number of feasible plans,according to literature reviews and analysis of the matter of fact.This research combines risk management theory and management practice of international trade financing,which has considerable practical applied value.The strategy proposed in this research can also be implemented in other branches,which is more widely applicable.
