Along with the implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy, Chinese high-speed rail industry gradually accelerate the pace of "going out", holding on to the opportunity which "one belt and one road" strategy brings. We should implement international business strategy, enhance the China high iron industry brand value, and promote the process of Chinese high-speed rail industry "going out".We should take advantage of Chinese high-speed rail industry, actively promote the pace of Chinese high iron industry "going out", and comprehensively construct "one belt and one road" transportation network, realize the interconnection "one belt and one road" countries along the road, promote the economic and trade cooperation among "one belt and one road" countries along the road, in order to achieve the great idea which "one belt and one road" strategy imagines.The first chapter of this paper describes research background and significance of the "going out" of China’s high-speed railway industry in "one belt and one road" perspective, then summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the analysis, the research ideas and methods, and puts forward the innovation and deficiency.The second chapter explains the strengths and weaknesses of Chinese high iron industry "going out" in "one belt and one road" strategy perspective, and analyzes the opportunities and threats encountered. Finally analyzes the role which "one belt and one road" strategy plays and the impact on China high-speed rail industry "going out" which it makes.The fourth chapter set up the economic and trade cooperation model between China and the countries which "one belt and one road" pass through by K-means clustering analysis method in order to predict the development trend of Chinese high iron industry "going out".The fifth chapter puts forward reasonable strategies to deal with the problems which Chinese high iron industry encounters while going out in "one belt and one road" strategy perspective mentioned above. Firstly we should deepen technology innovation of high-speed rail industry comprehensively and establish the technical foundation for China high-speed rail industry "going out". Secondly we make reasonable analysis on international standard system which is closely related to Chinese high-speed rail industry "going out", we also make several useful opinions. Then we should put forward suggestions on the training of talents in China’s high speed railway industry. Furthermore the industrial policy of Chinese high-speed rail industry are analyzed and reasonable opinions are proposed, and then the promoting effect which Chinese high-speed rail industry "going out" makes are analyzed. And we also take suggestions on the communication ability of public relations and media in China. This paper suggests Chinese foreign investment should focus on high iron industry "going out". At the end of this chapter we should promote the reform of investment and financing when Chinese high iron industry goes out in order to establish the technical foundation for China high-speed rail industry "going out".Finally, the development prospects and good wishes of Chinese high-speed rail industry "going out" is summarized in "one belt and one road" strategic perspective.
