Research On The Problem Of Agricultural Land Transfer In Liling

Land circulation is the key to promote the modernization of agricultural production.In order to study the land circulation in rural deeply, this paper suveys the natural conditions and the economic development in LiLing City. Moreover, I had understood the gricultural production and the land utitlization about LiLing City. In addition, this paper had analyzed the land circulation in Liling rural by field visits, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and principal component analysis. Currently there are five forms about land circulation in the rural, such as subcontracting, transfer, lease, exchange, shares of cooperation. Nowadays, there are several modes in the rural, for example,the small-scale farmers circulation, circulation grower, farmer cooperatives circulation, circulation agricultural companies, family farm and so on. According to questionnaire and principal component analysis, we could know what is the most critical factors in the land circulation, mainly including agricultural income and expenditure, gender and education level-headed several. On this basis, this paper had analyzed the shortcomings on circulation of agricultural land,such as unclear property rights, the transfer process is not standardized, the uneven geographical distribution of turnover, turnover, lack of motivation, transfer mechanism is imperfect, the relevant law is not perfect and so on.At last, the paper has put forward some specific countermeasures about land circulation in LiLing City.
