Compensation management is an important part of the whole human resource management system. Effective compensation management is important for improving enterprise benefit. Effective compensation management can help companies improve the satisfaction of employees in the case of not increasing the cost of human resources.lt also can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, increase their confidence in the enterprise, so as to promote the continuous development of enterprises. What’s more, enterprises can make full use of human and material resources to create greater value on the basis of existing resources. However, an unreasonable compensation management system will increase the staffs dissatisfaction and make the staff disappointed to the enterprise, which is not conducive to long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, enterprises should seek a new salary management system under the guidance of the new salary management ideas to keep pace with the times.The main idea of this paper is to look for suitable compensation system. It describes the relevant knowledge about compensation, refers to study that the former summarized and investigate the current situation about FC. By this way, we can find out shortcomings about FC, especially in the process of human resource management and compensation management system. It find out the solutions to these problems based on the actual situation and theoretical guidance. Furthermore to seek a new salary management system and promote the rapid development of FC company.From the salary and salary management theory, the content of this article is to find out the FC company compensation management problems, through the questionnaire survey, staff interviews and the actual work experience of staffs.In addition bold innovation and development,the author actively seek for FC company’s salary management system which is broadband salary management system. On the basis of the theory of broadband pay, the compensation management system of FC company is redesigned, which can promote the development of FC company.
