Along with the global economic integration and China’s accession to the WTO, Multi-National Corporation are making the global development strategy, large-scale vied for the Chinese market, forming a huge pressure and challenge to Chinese enterprises, which have not yet been fully adapt to the market economic system of China enterprise if not out of the country is also facing the competition from the global Multi-National Corporation, facing such a severe operating environment, Chinese enterprises should conform to the trend of the times, facing the world, walk the road of internationalization. And learning is an important means of access to external resources, is an essential of modern enterprise development, and embodies the core competitiveness. How Chinese enterprises and foreign enterprises in strategic alliances to the learning process? Chinese enterprises how much can benefit learning from the union this way? Worthy of our thinking and seek answers and how to improve their learning in alliances ability problem. In the view of the above problems, this paper mainly adopts the research methods of normative analysis and empirical research combined application of modern management science, commonly used in other research methods, organizational learning theory and strategic learning theory analysis on the strategic alliance of some simple knowledge, analyzes. The paper is divided into four parts:the first part introduces the meaning of strategic alliance, characteristics, types, development trend and the learning to reason; the second part introduces the process of learning, including knowledge transfer, conversion, harvest and innovation; third part from the learning process, learning psychology and culture, knowledge, enterprise, alliance members trust, organizational boundaries, alliance targets seven aspects discusses the concrete manifestation of our country enterprise learning disabilities in international strategic alliances; the fourth part through the analysis of China’s enterprises in the cross-border alliance encountered difficulties in learning ability and strategies, the enterprises should possess are discussed, some discussion on organizational learning theory, puts forward some suggestions in this, to provide help and guidance for Chinese enterprises to learn strategic alliance.(1) in order to speed up the process of internationalization, Chinese enterprises and Multi-National Corporation alliance is a global perspective based on competitive strategy is necessary, more meaningful. However, actively carry out transnational operation, but also to further clarify the transnational business motivation, namely fundamental motive of implementing transnational alliance enterprise is located. Mainly in the transaction cost, strategic behavior, learning to drive, knowledge of these three aspects therefore, a reasonable choice of alliance according to their own conditions, to fully grasp the autonomy.(2) strategic alliance learning itself is a dynamic process of changing, development, adjustment, to grasp the knowledge transfer, conversion, harvest and innovation aspects, to overcome from the psychological, cultural, enterprises and other aspects of the disorder, adjust the strategy, research approach of transnational operation, to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises, standardize enterprise management, the formation of the internationalization of the enterprise strategy with Chinese characteristics.(3) the enterprises of our country to have the self-reliance spirit and ability. In the face of Multi-National Corporation management control of the reality in the alliance, enterprises of our country want to Multi-National Corporation and the "competing ", to achieve a win-win situation, must be fully aware of their gap, establish learning goals, put a low profile, seize every possible opportunity to absorb each other’s resources, sleep on the brushwood and strive to catch up from behind, otherwise we have no competition ability and cooperationThis article is for the purpose of China’s enterprises to actively respond to the complex world environment, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, to achieve a win-win situation and provide reference clear ideas and theories in strategic alliance...
