As the "city bread" of the Convention and exhibition industry in recent years, the development of the full swing, it is closely linked with the tourism industry to promote the production of MICE tourism, a huge multiplier effect to make it become a new bright spot in tourism. As a typical service industry, the rapid development of MICE tourism makes the relevant enterprises to meet the needs of the overall product, to ensure service quality and tourist satisfaction, to promote their long-term development. That is to say, only a good supply chain of exhibition tourism service is conducive to the development of MICE tourism, but the development of the exhibition tourism has not been fully integrated with the theory of service supply chain, which has a direct impact on the quality of MICE tourism, is not conducive to the healthy and efficient development of mice tourism. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct the theory model of MICE tourism quality and to use the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, which is of great significance to the quality evaluation and promotion of Shenyang MICE tourism.Study on the status quo of exhibition tourism at home and abroad were summarized in this paper from the perspective of music, the maximum to meet the needs of tourists, based on the traditional model of the exhibition in the tourism service supply chain to tourists as the core role of the organizers of the amendment, construction of the exhibition organizers as the core exhibition tourism suppliers, exhibition tourism integrators, exhibition tourism the general public service providers, suppliers and other service providers in four aspects including the exhibition tourism service supply chain model, in each dimension of selected representative and influential evaluation factors, constructed factors including 18 factors set. Through the form of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews obtained tourists to Shenyang tourism quality of importance and satisfaction evaluation. The obtained data using SPSS and Excel software for processing, and the use of descriptive statistics, statistical test and IPA analysis method to make a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Shenyang Convention and exhibition tourism, clear the Shenyang Convention and exhibition tourism to improve the quality of priority, to provide a reference for the selection of effective allocation of Shenyang Convention and exhibition tourism resources and focus of future work.
