In the face of such a huge electric heating industry market, the domestic some electric heating of small and medium enterprises, and can be divided into a piece of cake., this type of enterprises tend to ignore the important role of marketing strategy in business, in the enterprise growth will gradually appear problem, that could lead to the development of the company into an dilemma. Against the main problems existing in the marketing company, put forward to perfect the marketing channel, market segmentation marketing, to strengthen the relationship marketing optimization scheme, make the marketing mix strategy, aims to marketing strategy formulation and implementation, make YFG company can improve the economic benefit, expand market share, economies of scale, enhance competition ability, to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.Through investigation and study of YFG company, found the company developing marketing strategy lack of consciousness, and there is no scientific marketing plan. The analysis of the electric heating industry present situation and development, the author thinks that the industry has a good prospect, YFG company has huge potential, but also faced with the challenge. In order to make its can be in an impregnable position in the fierce competition, YFG company before the implementation of the marketing plan, must develop a suitable to the development of marketing strategy, improve brand awareness, expand market share, make the enterprise can healthy and fast development. YFG company is founded by a college student after graduation of entrepreneurial small and medium-sized enterprises, domestic such literature is very scarce, therefore, the research object is the innovation point in this paper. The writer hope the article conclusion provide a basis for this kind of enterprise development, at the same time, this is what this article research significance.
