County Economy refers to the town center, the township as a link, the rural hinterland for the regional economy, is the basic unit of the national economy, while having a fully functional regional characteristics, and therefore an important role in the county economy.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a special area comprising the capital Beijing and Tianjin have northern economic center of gravity of the economic base of the formation and development path with its own characteristics. As China’s capital Beijing, the development process due to the political, economic and other reasons, form a clear polarization effect urban economy, in the context of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,set up a special leading group and the advisory committee of experts as the coordinating body of non-capital Beijing functions industry shifted outwards, increasingly improved infrastructure, etc., for the county economy by leaps and bounds in the Hebei region has brought important opportunity; the difference between Beijing and Tianjin, Hebei Province, the county economy and county development of large, imperfect coordination mechanism also poses a challenge to coordinate economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei county.This paper uses descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, with per capital GDP as a single indicator, research and analysis of county economic development and influencing factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, indicating that the internal level of economic development of the county of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional differences, Beijing and Tianjin due to coastal resources, location and other advantages of rapid development. Using Moran’s I index and Local Moran’s I index of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei county economic development study results show that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei county economic development, industrial development present spatial clustering.
