Research On Fiscal And Taxation Policies That Promote The Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

With the speeding up of the economic globalization,the regional economic ties more closely.It has become the inevitable requirement to narrow the gap in regional economic development to enhance China’s comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.In 2014,it has already been mentioned on a strategic level to promote a coordinated development of Beijing,Hebei and Tianjin,accelerate regional development system’s innovation and create a new capital economic circle.However,due to various reasons of history and reality,nowadays the joint development of Beijing,Hebei and Tianjin is faced with a lot of unfavorable factors.For example,the radiation effects on the surrounding area from Beijing and Tianjin is not extremelyobvious.Regional industrial transfer has difficulty due to economic development gap.And certain rules in current fiscal and taxation policies help to widen such the gap.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out the issue of the joint development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,improve the fiscal and taxation policy of our country and regional areas,narrow the gap between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,promote industrial structure of these places and provides a good help to the joint development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In this paper,based on the analysis of the present situation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,we try tofind outthe existing obstacles hindering the jointdevelopment of the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,researchto narrow the gap of regional economic developmentof the three and offer some concrete suggestions for the joint development from the perspective of finance and tax.
