Marketization of enterprise internal management is in accordance with the principle of market economy which brings the function of the market into the enterprise management and makes full use of the price mechanism,competitive mechanism,risk mechanism to let the cooperative relationship and administrative relationships between the Grassroots and Project become equivalent exchange, economic ties. Marketization of enterprise internal management can grub the people,property,things and information’s potential value in high limit and change internal operational mechanism and economic growth mode.The marketization is the necessary way to reduce cost and improve economic returns, increase the electric power construction enterprise’s management level and economic benefit according to standardize enterprise’s behavior,refine cost management and motivating the employees’ initiative.Electric power construction project has special status and function in the development of China’s national economy, which belongs to the national focus on investment in the infrastructure construction field, is recognized as the high strength, high difficulty, high efficiency, high risk, and high access threshold industry. It can’t be replaced obviously, because of hard of the industry and complexity of working environment compared with other construction industry. Also because of this, in the past for quite a long time, the competition in this industry are mostly limited to within the industry, lead the industry enterprise’s profit level, the efficiency of management and management innovation consciousness obviously lags behind other building industry, more and more difficult to meet the need of the development of enterprises.Marketization’s goal is to improve the quality of business develop and international competitiveness and to realize the sustainable development at last. This article points out the shortcomings and find out solutions of the X company’s management idea,organization structure and policy innovation, which can be helpful to the sustainable development and international competitiveness.
