County Of Hunan Province Small Micro Enterprise Financing Difficulties And Countermeasures Research

Although the capacity of small and micro businesses of the county is small, but the quantity is large. It is well known that small and micro businesses of the county is the important pillar of national economic growth in every country of the world. Especially in our country, there exists a lager number of villages and towns, small and micro businesses played an important role that can not be ignored and made a major contribution to the economic development of our country. However, "financing" of small and micro businesses has plagued its expansion, the financing problem is more prominent in Hunan province. Hunan province is a major agricultural province, which the industry basis is weak, the economic structure of the whole province was given priority to with a single industry at one time.The rapid development of the township enterprises promoted the change of the entire province economic structure to a cetain extent, and supportted the development of the county economy gradually. Ningxiang county is a county in changsha city of hunan province, is located in the northeast of Hunan, belong to the part of the pilot of west of changsha, is a very important side in metropolitan.As a suncenter of Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan and an effective carrier of central Hunan and western Hunan radiated from Changsha, not only the geographical position is superior and natural resources rich, but also is the national famous major grain-producing counties, there are a great many of tourism resources, and also have in commom with the most of China’s county economy development. So the research of the development of small and micro businesses in our country have great realistic significance for the development of other counties.This article first introduces the background and significance of small and micro enterprise financing of county, points out that the development of county small and micro enterprise in China has strategic necessity, and the research of "financing" of small and micro businesses of county has theoretical and practical significances. Then I summarized and summary the research results of "financing" at domestic and overseas, to understand the current research progress in this field of domestic and foreign.The second part defines the relevant concepts to "financing" of small and micro businesses of county in our country, analyzes its financing channel, then makes more in-depth analysis on its financing characteristics, and also summarize the main theories of corporate financing mainly includes financing structure theory, information asymmetry theory, transaction cost theory, etc.The third part first describe the developing sistuation of small and micro businesses of county in Hunan, and then analysis financing current situation of small and micro enterprise from the macro and micro levels. Afterward analysing its financing situation and difficulties.The forth part is drawing lessons from foreign successful experiences, which specific devided into financial supports, finance supports and government policy supports to rcollated and summarize, will taken as the reference frames of making further support policies of small and micro enterprise in China.The fifth part is taking an example of Ningxiang country of hunan province, detailed analysed its financing situation and difficulties,to discuss craking its refining countermeasures of financing predicament.
