Investigation And Research On Financing Difficulties Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Urumqi

In 2011 the Ministry and other four ministries jointly launched the "small and medium-sized enterprises designated type standard", which laid the foundation for the study of small and micro businesses. According to this notice, we find that small and micro enterprises accounted for more than 80% in Urumqi, these enterprises play an important role in Economic, employment, tax, social stability and others else. However, as is known to all, small and micro enterprises financing problem is a worldwide prevalent phenomenon, government and scholars on this issue did a lot of researches, the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises in some areas could be improved. However, Urumqi as an important trade city and as the Silk Road Economic belt core node in our country, its economic development related to the country’s strategic. But small and micro enterprises financing problem has always been plagued by the development of this region, and existing research and policies about solve it are useless for Urumqi’s small and micro enterprises. Therefore, we needs to be combined with the actual development of small and micro enterprises in this region to put forward feasible scheme from enterprise itself and others related financial institutions, to ease the bottleneck of the development of small and micro enterprises and to promote the orderly development of Urumqi Economy.In order to get the most new and real data about small and micro enterprises financing problem in Urumqi, this paper adopts questionnaire to survey it, which is the most intuitive way. This paper basics the questionnaire to analyze various industries and regions of small and micro businesses in Urumqi. Firstly, the first part introduces the background and significance of this study, grasp the new research trends of Small and micro businesses at home and abroad on the financing problem, put forward specific ideas and research methods; The second part discusses the basic problems of small and micro businesses financing, analyzing the present basic characteristics and channels of small and micro businesses financing, which provides reference and comparison for the later section; Then, the third chapter summarizes the financing characteristics of small and micro businesses in different industries and development stages in Urumqi, and makes a statistical analysis of the results of the survey. According to the results of survey, the fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics of financing of small and micro enterprises in Urumqi, the problems of financing and the internal and external causes of corporate financing; Finally, the fifth chapter,combined with the unique financing feature of Urumqi, from four aspects to put forward suggestion to solve the financing difficulty, including enterprise itself, guarantee system, financing system construction and government. Hope to provide a useful reference for relevant departments.
