In the human resource management, performance appraisal is as one of the most important components, is effective in promoting enterprise development and staff development management tools. Because of the importance of performance evaluation, the important direct interests of staff management activity, also has the complexity and sensitivity, so how to design the performance evaluation system, to the enthusiasm and initiative of the biggest, enhance employee loyalty and satisfaction management, has the competitive advantage for the enterprise human resources. The human resource is one of the important aspects. This study chooses DLY company as an example of the optimization of the staff performance appraisal system, has certain theory value and practical significance.This study from the theory of performance appraisal, the modern economics and management theory as the theoretical basis based on the empirical specification, combined with case study, the integrated use of the literature method, questionnaire survey method, combined with the actual status of the company, such as, understanding of the current situation, identify problems, propose a solution to the problem. The conclusion of this study shows that, if the employee’s performance is not a scientific and rational use of, between the upper and lower levels will be a lack of communication, lack of brainstorming, not to get instant results. To the enterprise. This study proposes to actively broaden the channels of communication, to establish a comprehensive and effective performance appraisal system, to increase the performance of management support, will be able to promote the company’s performance appraisal system more reasonable, promote and encourage the individual performance and the performance of the company, to promote the economic efficiency of enterprises to maintain steady growth.This study is based on the related theory of performance appraisal, focus on the current situation of DLY company, and uses the questionnaire survey and comparative analysis methods, to lay the foundation for the construction of performance appraisal system, to seek solutions for the future development of enterprises. Overall, this study has great innovation, lag, but this study can provide many of the same problems for other enterprises. Therefore, this research also has certain theoretical significance and value.
