With the intensification of market competition,the importance of human resources management is increasingly highlighted.For enterprises,only by doing a good job in employee performance appraisal can they better motivate employees and improve the competitiveness of the company.However,in practice,the performance appraisal system of many enterprises is not perfect,and there are still some deficiencies in the construction of performance appraisal indicators and the setting of performance appraisal objectives,which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of performance appraisal.In this case,it is necessary to optimize the performance appraisal system.Based on this,this paper takes YT Company as an example to conduct a comprehensive study on the optimization of its employee performance appraisal system.This paper first summarizes the relevant research background,research significance and research status of domestic and foreign scholars on performance management,explains the relevant basic theories and research methods,provides theoretical and methodological support for this study,and further clarifies the research theme.Based on the field survey of YT Company,this paper found that the current performance management system in the company is not perfect and far from reaching the expected effect.On this basis,it analyzed and summarized the main problems existing in the company’s current performance appraisal system through questionnaire survey: unclear performance objectives,imperfect evaluation indicators,unreasonable performance appraisal cycle and lack of timely feedback of the appraisal results.These problems have led to the confusion of the company’s internal performance management,the disharmony of the company’s staff and the loss of key talents,which has brought huge obstacles to the company’s future development.Based on this,this paper examines the problems existing in the existing employee performance appraisal system of YT Company,and uses the balanced scorecard method to make a more reasonable performance appraisal optimization plan for the company,making the appraisal objectives more scientific,the performance appraisal index system more perfect,strengthening the communication and feedback of the appraisal results,and the performance appraisal cycle more reasonable.Through the improvement of the performance appraisal system,YT Company helps to fully stimulate the vitality of its employees,improve its business performance and achieve its strategic objectives of long-term development.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation and maximum efficiency of the company’s employee performance appraisal system,this paper,based on the actual situation of the company’s current development,proposes a series of security measures for the company from the four aspects of system,organization,culture and human resources,to help the company build a better and faster performance appraisal system in an all-round way,which has certain practical guiding significance,It also provides excellent cases for such enterprises with the same problems.
