Studies On Innovation System Of Anhua Dark Tea Industry

Anhua dark tea industry is an important part of China’s tea industry. Anhua dark tea has been used as Bianxiao tea for Northwest,and is the life of people in border areas. With economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards,there is growing recognition of its significant role in human health.Anhua dark tea industry is an emerging old industry,with a rich cultural heritage and the popular fashion elements. Opportunities and challenges coexist.The primary objective and the core issues of Anhua dark tea industry is how to use the favorable conditions,to be the protagonist of international tea market,and to achieve healthy and sustainable development.Firstly,this article begins with the study of the technological innovation theory,innovation systems theory and industrial innovation systems theory.Then the current Situation and history of Anhua dark tea industry were studied.The competitiveness of Anhua dark tea industry was analyzed by SWOT,concluded that Anhua dark tea industry is still in the transition from traditional industries to modern industries,and technological innovation is playing an important role in the development of Anhua dark tea industry.Secondly, the historical evolution of technology innovation model of Anhua dark tea industry has been studied. Finally,the level and status of technological innovation of Anhua dark tea industry was analyzed about farming,processing and distribution.Clearly,it is is very necessary and urgent to establish Anhua dark industrial innovation system.Based on the general theory of industrial innovation system,drawing on the experience of industrial innovation system model constructed in other industries,combined with the characteristics and development trends of Anhua dark tea industry, Anhua dark tea industrial innovation system structure model has been established in this paper.The system consists of three subsystems,Anhua dark tea industrial technology innovation system,Anhua dark tea industrial environment protection system,Anhua dark tea industrial performance feedback system.At the same time, the main body and functional operation of the three subsystems were discussed.Put forward some valuable suggestions for improving Anhua dark tea industrial technology innovation system at last.
